Difference Makers Hockey Development in collaboration with HTI presents a comprehensive development program focused on supporting young players in the age category of 6 to 18 years. Our goal
is to create an inspiring and stimulating environment that allows talented players to systematically develop their hockey skills, game intelligence and personal growth.
The program is led by a team of experienced and certified coaches who focus on individual approach, technical development, teamwork and mental preparation. The key element is the emphasis on long-term player development and creating a solid foundation for successful performance in club, national or international hockey.
Difference Makers Hockey Development supports players in becoming confident, goal-oriented and a difference maker
– not only on the ice, but also in everyday life.
Our
Story
HTI's professional coaching team has an international background with extensive experience in North America. We combine North American and European styles of hockey, where skill development and team systems are the primary goals.
Our team journey never ends – our alumni are as important to us as our prospects! At HTI, our program allows us to invite alumni to return after graduation. We offer you the opportunity to stay with our family and hockey and you will have the chance to help us build a world-class program.
The following people have passed the HTI program: Dominika Lásková,
Tereza Vanišová, Kristýna Pátková, Natalie Mlýnková, Debora Bartošová, Dominika Forejtová, Kateřina Zachovská and others.

This collaboration allows us to complement our services with the ability to help players combine hockey and studies at the highest level.
— in high schools and universities in the US.
UsFutures offers professional guidance for student athletes,
including academic advisors, tutors, and our hockey expert Kristýna Kaltounková — the number one pick in the 2025 PWHL Draft and a player for the Czech national team. Together, we want to deliver the best possible support on your journey to education and hockey in the USA.
If you would like to learn more or discuss your specific case (whether you are a player or a parent), you can book a free consultation with Irena Gillar, NCAA champion, Olympian and expert on sports scholarships in the USA.
